Review: This section of the Gunpowder is known for its Blue Ribbon trout fishery. This section is artificial lures only. See MDNR regulations for boundries. Many current variations make this difficult water to fish. The fish here are wise, due to heavy fishing pressure. This is very cold clear water and 6x tippit is recommended. Try to bring new flys with you. The old stand by's will get you small ones but large fish are educated and need to see something different than your run of the fly shop purchased flys.
